Bougain Villas is a Mediterranean-styled village in the heart of Century City, with sun splashed courtyards and bougainvillea. Designed on 250ha - single residential, sectional title units and leisure opportunities have been integrated.
Breaking facades with shuttered windows, pergolas and stonework detail has produced an ideal combination of the practical and beautiful, emphasising the development of free flowing relationship between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
