Little Moorings, an exclusive new niche development of 39 sectional title apartments, 33 which are waterfronting, was completed in 2012 in Century City.
Comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, Little Moorings boasts beautifully landscaped, private gardens fronting onto the water. There is also a private jetty from which residents can launch their canoes.
The architecture introduces the use of traditional materials such as timber, light cladded stonework and stainless steel. Walls are painted with various taupe tones accentuated by turquoise projections. The general principal was to create as much interest as possible in the form of varied falls of monopitch roofs.
